TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account on Court Flow (the "Service") on behalf of a basketball club or organization (the "Club"), you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the Club to these Terms of Service.

  2. Description of Service BG provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for hall management, team scheduling, and internal communication. The Service is provided "as is."

  3. User Accounts The Club is responsible for maintaining the security of its administrative accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  4. Fees and Payment "The Service is currently provided free of charge for local sports clubs. We reserve the right to introduce fees with 30 days' notice.

  5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ireland, BG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of the use of the Service.

  6. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Club's data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

  7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin.
